Visa Bulletin — October 2026 Final Action Dates

The current Visa Bulletin is the October 2026 bulletin, published by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs. It lists the Final Action Dates — the priority-date cutoffs at which an immigrant visa may be issued or an adjustment-of-status application approved — for each employment-based and family-sponsored category and country of chargeability. Final Action Dates are the cutoffs the Department of State uses to approve or issue. Dates for Filing (chart B) are an earlier chart that USCIS may let adjustment-of-status applicants use to submit paperwork. Each month USCIS announces which chart applies, so confirm on uscis.gov before filing.

'C' means visa numbers are immediately available for that category and country, so any priority date may proceed. 'U' means the annual limit is exhausted and no final action can be taken until numbers reset, normally at the start of the next fiscal year on October 1.
